In this session, we’ll take time to explore the heart of Celtic spirituality and its deep connection with the natural world, the turning of the seasons, and the sense of the sacred found in everyday life. We’ll reflect on some of the core ideas held by the ancient Celts and try out simple practices to help us become more aware of the presence of the divine in and around us. Along the way, we’ll consider the role of 'soul friends', the idea of 'thin places,' and how the cycles of nature can reflect our own inner journey.
