What does the season mean for you? As the days grow shorter and colder do you find yourself hunkering down and waiting for spring or are you all about the Christmas joy? We invite you to bring and to talk about a thing (e.g. a poem, a piece of writing, a physical thing like a twig, a memory, a photo) that illustrates what this season means to you and/or what brings you nourishment or renewal during winter.
Then we’ll have a time of individual reflection and practice using these and other seasonal prompts - a chance to pause and reflect in silence on the experiences and insights of the past year and nurturing our hopes for next year.
There will be plenty of time for chat at the end over hot drinks, so please bring Christmas-themed snacks.
If it’s not too cold we may use the garden for some of the time so please dress accordingly.
