Two Sundays a month
10.00 – 11.15 am
Join us at our fortnightly informal get-togethers which we call Soulspace - an opportunity for us to talk, share, explore, reflect and simply be together for a while. You don’t have to be a member of Spaceforsoul or to be involved in our community in any other way to come along. You don't have to be a Christian to join us either. Whatever your spirituality, you will be very welcome.
This is a space in which there are no ‘right’ answers and which is free from unhelpful demands, expectations, restrictive structures or rules. It is not concerned with converting each other to a particular way of thinking about or living out our spirituality and it reflects a fundamental trust in our inner resources for change and growth.
It is a space which gives the soul room to breathe. It encourages a creative searching for the answers to life’s deepest questions and resources us in finding our own path to the Divine. It also seeks to enable us to deepen our sense of connectedness with our innermost self, with others and with the world around us. In the philosopher, Henry David Thoreau’s words, it is a space which helps us explore what it means to to ‘live deep’.
Creating soul space
Every Sunday that we spend together is different and is shaped by the individual needs and interests of the group. Each meeting offers us the opportunity to move freely in and out of a number of different spaces:
Space to reflect where we spend time discussing particular questions or topics or exploring our reactions to music, poetry, books or films that have particularly spoken to us
Quiet Space where we spend time being meditative or contemplative, trying out spiritual practices we might not have experienced before or nurturing our souls through simply being
Creative space where we spend time engaging in creative activities as a way of exploring or expressing our spirituality
Natural space where we spend time simply breathing in the beauty of the natural world
Space to connect where we spend time sharing fellowship together
Next Soulspace meeting
Sadly, our Soulpace meetings have had to be suspended until the current social restrictions are lifted. We are, however, meeting online via Zoom twice a month.
If you have not been to a Soulpsace meeting before and would be interested in joining our online meetings, please contact us at for further information.
Our next meeting is on Sunday 18th October from 10.00 - 11.30 am.
Our Sacred Spaces venue:
The Old Library, Eastville, Muller Rd,

Everyone is very welcome
